We are a small property investment and management firm founded by (mention founder name), like many others, were dissatisfied with the way traditional estate agents handled their properties.

Honesty, trust, professionalism, and compassion are the pillars upon which our business is built. We have only one guiding philosophy: always treat people, especially our clients, as we would like to be treated. We believe that a firm should not focus on its own interests because this might lead to deception, lack of integrity, unprofessionalism, and/or avarice. We believe that our company’s success will naturally follow our clients’ success and satisfaction, and that we will not have to think about it.

Investment

We have a great deal of knowledge about London and its real estate market. We’ve lived it, worked in it, and seen it. We have a large network of contacts, knowledge, and off-market options to offer UK and international investors.

We deal with corporations in the UK as well as international investors and family offices on asset portfolios ranging from modest to large and diverse, and we can ensure that our strategy and solutions are tailored to your specific needs and objectives.

We exclusively work with a small number of clients in order to ensure that they are happy and successful. We have no desire to grow in size, gain market share, or make significant money.

Property Redress Scheme

We are member of the Property Redress Scheme. Property dealers are required by law to participate in a government-approved consumer redress scheme. The goal is to provide consumers with an escalated complaints mechanism if they are dissatisfied with how their issue was handled by the Property Agent.
