a) Tenant Services

b) Maintenance Services

We will do frequent inspections, and any necessary repairs will be completed as soon as possible by our renowned maintenance teams; again, you, the landlord, will not be responsible for any of these expenditures.

We created our own computerized maintenance system in-house, which allows us to stay on top of any work that needs to be done, as well as a flagging notice system for yearly safety certificate reminders, giving you peace of mind that the property are always up to date with all required safety certificates.

Although we let the property out for you, we understand that you still have health and safety compliance duties to meet. As a result, we are responsible for the property’s maintenance – free of charge – for the period of your contract with us.
